Jenile Duncan
Jenile Duncan provides support on several projects, spanning different sectors, from regulatory to finance with special interest in the development space. With over 6 years’ experience in conducting research both qualitatively and quantitatively, she has a sure-fire passion for applying industry’s best practices when moulding solutions to the requests of the client.
With a background in international relations and political science, Jenile has experience in data analysis, report writing, policy development and bringing her creativity to the family of LCI. Prior to working with LCI, Jenile was responsible for the data analysis, policy development and research at her country’s child protection agency.
Jenile has also supported in the provision of advisory services in behavioural change management and has designed and supported with the delivering of numerous retreats and strategy documentation using LCI frameworks and tools.
Jenile is a past tutor in Foreign Policy and International Politics at the University of the West Indies (UWI). She has also tutored courses in Conflict Resolution and Positive Foundations of Psychology. Jenile holds a Bachelor of Science First Class Honours in International Relations, minor Political Science and a Master of Science Distinction in Global Studies from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.
