Kelly-Ann Deosaran

Organizational Development Professional

Ms. Kelly-Ann Deosaran is an organizational development professional with approximately 15 years’ progressive experience in human resource management, strategic planning, project management and change management and client development services at both public and private sector organisations.

 

Over the past 4 years Ms. Deosaran held the role of Manager, People and Organisational Development with strategic and operational responsibility for Performance Management, Recruitment, Training and Development and Employee Relations. Her accomplishments included the reengineering of the performance management system to adequately measure employee performance, outline individual developmental plans and implementing measures to improve productivity. She also led the development and implementation of the Company’s first Human Resource Policy Manual. Simultaneous to these change initiatives, training and coaching programmes were implemented to provide ongoing support to team leads and employees.

 

As a management consulting advisor at KPMG, Trinidad and Tobago, Ms. Deosaran provided strategic planning, change management, project management and business process improvement expertise on several client engagement teams for large-scaled organisations in the Financial Services, Telecommunications and Public Services sectors. These engagements included strategic planning; developing strategically aligned division and departmental Balanced Scorecards for performance management reporting; developing and implementing project management frameworks; and developing and facilitating change and business performance management workshops to clients’ employees and major stakeholders.

 

Ms. Deosaran has held several human resources, project management and change management roles in various sectors such as Construction, Aviation and Travel Retail and has been involved in several significant business transformation initiatives. She is the holder of a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business – University of the West Indies, Trinidad and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick, New Brunswick, Canada. She also successfully completed the PROSCI’s Change Management Certification Program at the Change Management Learning Centre in Colorado, U.S.A.
