Kelly-Ann Deosaran

Organizational Development Professional

Kelly-Ann Deosaran is a business consulting professional with approximately 17 years of progressive experience in human resources, organisational development, strategic planning, change management and client services in both the private and public sector.

Kelly is a Senior Analyst and Recruitment Consultant at LCI, providing analyst and project management support on several regional initiatives managed by the firm. She leads and coordinates several recruitment consultancies for local, regional and international clients, leveraging her expertise as an HR practitioner as well as her understanding of the regional job market, organisational cultures and networks.

Before joining the LCI team, Kelly held several roles in human resources and organisational development with strategic and operational responsibilities including Performance Management, Talent Management, Culture and Employee Engagement and Employee Relations. Her accomplishments have included reengineering performance management systems to adequately measure employee and business performance, designing and executing programmes to improve performance and build employee capacity, developing and implementing HR policies and documenting and managing business processes in accordance with ISO quality standards and other guidelines. She has also developed and delivered in-house training programmes to support team leads and employees.

As a former member of the Advisory services team at a ‘Big 4’ firm, Kelly supported several client engagement teams in the provision of strategic planning, change management, project management and business process improvement expertise for medium and large-scaled organisations in the financial services, telecommunications and public service sectors. On these engagements, she has collaborated extensively with consulting and client teams to develop portfolio, programme and project management frameworks, corporate strategic plans and to design and facilitate change and business performance management workshops in support of Clients’ business needs.

Kelly has been involved in several significant business transformation initiatives and her extensive experience has been garnered working directly with organisations and through consultancies. She has worked with a number of diverse public and private sector organisations, regionally and internationally, in industries such as Banking and Financial Services, Retail (including Travel Retail), Telecommunications, Aviation, Construction and Social Support Services.

Kelly is a certified Change Management practitioner (PROSCI) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business (UWI, St. Augustine), a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick (Canada) and is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration at POLIMI Graduate School of Management (Politecnico di Milano, Italy).
