Nicholas Roberts is a people and organisational change professional with approximately 12 years in human resources and 8+ years’ progressive experience in management consulting. This has resulted in Nicholas working on projects related to business process improvement, human capital training & development, project management, and holistic organizational development, for several local and regional initiatives.
Nicholas possesses proven expertise in recruitment and selection processes and as a lead recruitment consultant on several engagements in the LCI pipeline, he provides sound and effective solutions to meet our clients’ requirements. He has worked with local, regional, and international clients in Banking & Finance, and Manufacturing and Regulation, just to name a few. He aims to find suitable Caribbean candidates to fill executive, managerial and professional positions. On these engagements, he has conducted behavioural and competency-based interviews and assessments, assessed candidate’s competencies and presented recommendations and interview guidance to Clients to inform our Clients’ selection decisions.
Nicholas has held the position of Human Resources Manager at a regional conglomerate with strategic and operational responsibility for Labour Relations, Recruitment and Selection, Job Classification and Compensation, Training and Employee Development, Employee Benefits, Workers’ Compensation, Liability, and Health & Safety Programmes/Initiatives. He has acted as a strategic business partner to employees, management, and the business. He has also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner and Senior Management Consultant at two Big 4 firms. His work at these enterprises was related to developing and executing people strategies and solutions that drive growth and impact talent management, employee engagement, change management, employee/industrial relations, and career/ leadership development.
Nicholas has held human resources, project management and change management roles in various sectors such as Aerospace, Defence & Security, Administration, Government / State-Owned Entities, and various private sector agencies. Overall, he has been involved in significant business transformation initiatives regionally, both in the public and private sector.
