Barbados MEBD Public Sector Smart Energy Programme (PSSEP)

2022/2023 Change Management 

LCI successfully delivered Change Management Service for capacity building & institutional strengthening amongst key stakeholder agencies of The Barbados Ministry of Energy & Business. This project was to guide agency leaders in the adoption of the Barbados National Energy Policy (BNEP) Implementation Plan, as a part of the Transformation of the Barbados energy sector to become 100% Fossil Fuel Free. LCI applied internationally reputed change models, conducted a Change Readiness Assessment for key stakeholders, facilitated change management sensitization workshops, provided consultation with key stakeholders and assisted with implementation strategies for the transition to BNEP.

Trinidad Ministry of Public Administration (MPA)

2022/2023 Strategic Planning

In 2022, LCI was hired by International Development Bank (IDB) to provide Strategic planning services to support the Ministry of Public Administration, Trinidad and Tobago in its 3-year plan to integrate its mandate and digitalization goals. During this engagement, LCI facilitated high-level analysis of the Ministry’s current and future state to develop an action plan, delivered assessments in change maturity, facilitated dialogue to articulate the strategic institutional priorities of the MPA, performed an organizational gap-analysis to identify current and future state needs, and developed a clear roadmap for the implementation of the plan, including timelines, targets, stakeholders, risks to the efficient and transparent implementation of MPA’s strategic priorities.

LCI has been engaged for various strategic initiatives and projects with The Organization of Eastern Caribbean States. These included executive recruitment and headhunting services. For these engagements, LCI distilled the core competencies for the roles, created and advertised the vacancy(ies), generated long-lists / short-lists of candidates, and administered Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI) with the top candidates to ensure that the short-listed candidates were behaviorally suitable for the role.
