UNST Annual Retreat

2023 Facilitation

LCI’s Managing Director, Marsha Lewis chaired the 11th annual retreat for the United Nations Subregional Team (UNST), mediating discussion and strategy conversations amongst various regional Eastern Caribbean Agency Heads/Representatives and their deputy-level technical staff. LCI consulted with key stakeholders to co-create the agenda, liaised closely with the UNST to refine the methodology and guiding framework of the retreat, hosted pre-retreat engagement meetings with the Heads of Agencies (HoAs), and incorporated feedback and comments from attendees in a comprehensive Final Report to support the success of the action plans for achieving UNST’s future objectives.
