UNST Annual Retreat
2023 Facilitation
LCI’s Managing Director, Marsha Lewis chaired the 11th annual retreat for the United Nations Subregional Team (UNST), mediating discussion and strategy conversations amongst various regional Eastern Caribbean Agency Heads/Representatives and their deputy-level technical staff. LCI consulted with key stakeholders to co-create the agenda, liaised closely with the UNST to refine the methodology and guiding framework of the retreat, hosted pre-retreat engagement meetings with the Heads of Agencies (HoAs), and incorporated feedback and comments from attendees in a comprehensive Final Report to support the success of the action plans for achieving UNST’s future objectives.

LCI satisfactorily provided Executive Recruitment & Selection services for Virgin Unite on behalf of the Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator, in seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) and two co-chairs of the Board, to drive the implementation of the accelerator’s strategy and lead its operations. During this engagement, LCI expertly managed online advertising for the role, a detailed search of LCI’s existing network, headhunting and the creation of a long-list of candidates for submission to the client.

CDF (Caribbean Development Fund)

LCI’s expertise with compensation policy informed our consultancy services to the Caribbean Development Fund in their policy initiative covering CDF Staff Officers’ salaries. The objective was to maintain CDF’s alignment with current good practices. LCI conducted thorough analysis of the client’s current state, and interviewed key internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that the policy was bespoke and appropriate according to the client’s needs.
