Job Summary:

LCI is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer / Facilitator to support client-based learning and development initiatives on a project-by-project basis. This role is responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality learning interventions, including instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong instructional design rigor, grounded in established adult learning and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy), and is also a confident, experienced facilitator capable of delivering engaging learning sessions for adult learners. The role requires the ability to work independently, partner closely with subject matter experts, and represent the LCI brand in learning delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning experiences, using established instructional design frameworks and best practices.
  2. Employ adult learning principles and pedagogy  to create structured, learner-centered curricula that translate business and capability needs into effective learning outcomes.
  3. Independently facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning sessions for internal LCI initiatives, including workshops, pilots, and rollout sessions.
  4. Partner with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to confirm learning objectives, content scope, delivery approach, and facilitation strategy.
  5. Develop comprehensive learning materials, including participant guides, facilitator guides, presentation decks, learning activities, assessments, rubrics, and supporting tools.
  6. Write scripts and outlines for video, audio, and facilitated learning activities as required.
  7. Incorporate learner feedback and evaluation data to continuously improve learning design, facilitation effectiveness, and overall learner experience.
  8. Coordinate learning design and delivery activities to support organisational, process, or capability change initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Organisational Development, or professional certification/training in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 – 8 years’ experience in instructional design and learning development, with demonstrated responsibility for end-to-end learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated application of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, or equivalent methodologies in professional learning environments.
  • Proven experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training sessions for adult learners in corporate or professional settings.
  • Experience designing blended learning solutions, including instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, and video-based content.
  • Proficiency with instructional design and content development tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Captivate.
  • Experience developing design documents, storyboards, assessments, narrative scripts, and facilitator materials.
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and related learning technologies.

  • Strong understanding of digital and virtual learning tools, platforms, and multimedia approaches.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple project-based assignments independently.
  • Ability to respond effectively to changing project requirements, learner profiles, and delivery contexts.
