CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Our client, Capita Financial Services Inc., is seeking to appoint an accomplished, visionary and commercially astute Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic, financial, operational and people leadership for the organisation. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will drive sustainable growth, strengthen governance and organisational performance, ensure regulatory compliance, build trusted relationships with the Board, regulators and other key stakeholders, and align diverse interests behind a clear and compelling strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the organisation’s strategy and performance objectives. 
  • Ensure sound governance, effective risk management, operational excellence, service delivery, accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. 
  • Advise the Board on organisational performance, strategic opportunities and significant business decisions. 
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with regulators and other key stakeholders. 
  • Lead, develop and hold the executive leadership team accountable for the achievement of the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. 
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ senior executive leadership experience, preferably within the financial services sector. 
  • Demonstrated success in leading organisational strategy, transformation and business performance. 
  • Experience within a regulated financial institution is required; exposure to deal structuring, asset management or private wealth would be an asset. 
  • Strong understanding of financial services, corporate governance, and the regulatory environment. 
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and build trusted relationships with regulators and other key stakeholders.
