Senior Business Advisor

Jayde is an Organisational Psychology and Human Resources professional with seven years’ progressive experience in Human Resource Management; specialising in Organisational Psychology, with a focus on employee behaviour and workplace engagement.

Jayde is presently a Senior Business Advisor at LCI, using her experience in Talent Development and Strategic Planning to design and facilitate LCI’s Learning and Development workshops, retreats and programmes, while providing support and managing projects from team-building to transformation.

Prior to her work at LCI, Jayde held the position of Human Resources Consultant to entrepreneurs and small business owners, where she spearheaded recruitment project, talent development and performance management implementation in small businesses. Jayde’s psychological background has enabled her to listen and mediate difficult conversations with executive managers and observe and identify barriers from a behavioural and sociological standpoint – to guide leaders in developing techniques to prevent and resolve people-related challenges.

Jayde is trained in Emotional Intelligence training facilitation and the use of psychometric assessments to support teams in resolving conflict and strengthening cohesion. At LCI, she works with clients across the public and private sectors, providing advisory services focused on improving team dynamics and realigning teams with their shared purpose. Her approach is supported by her certification as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Practitioner, integrating practical CBT techniques into her training design and facilitation with LCI’s clients

Outside of her work with LCI, Jayde has provided career development coaching to students and job seekers, aiming to empower them with the strategic confidence and autonomy needed to shape their own career success. She is also an experienced lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate education in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and Personality Assessments, at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.

Jayde holds a Master of Science in Work/Business Psychology from Loughborough University, UK and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of York, UK.
