Natasha holds Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance with Honours from the University of the West Indies; a Master of Business Administration from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, University of the West Indies; and a Diploma in Communications from the University of Dayton. She completed additional professional training in Business Process Engineering; Marketing, Communications and Media; Leadership Development, Finance and Project Management. A lifelong learner, Natasha is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Law degree from the University of London.

She delivers workshops and courses for the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business in Strategy Fundamentals, Information Technology, Employee Relations, and Human Resource Management; and for the Trinidad and Tobago Risk Management Institute in Strategy and Communications.

She is a Director on the Board of companies from various sectors including Finance and Asset Management, Education, and Technology. At the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce, she is a current member of the Employment and Labour Relations Committee; a former member of the Trade and Business Development Committee; and a former member of the Joint Chambers Industrial Relations Committee. She has held leadership positions in several voluntary organizations where she led the conceptualization, planning and production of several growth and transformation projects.
