A citizen and resident of Barbados, Mr. Chase has a Master’s degree in Labour and Employment Relations, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Sociology from the University of the West Indies. Mr. Chase is Saville Consulting UK Certified in the use of Saville’s WAVE psychometric tools and Competency Based Interview Skills and Wave Train the Trainer.

Mr. Chase has deep knowledge and understanding of labour legislation in Barbados as well as in other Caribbean island states and is the Lead Advisory Associate for all matters labour and human resource related. He is responsible for delivering sound and effective solutions and strategies on Operations, Executive Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development and Industrial Relations. This includes assisting with investigations, facilitation of the grievance process, legislation and contributing to the management of clients’ overall operations through improved employee relations and pro-active advice and consultation.
