With an academic background in international relations and political science, Jenile has supported a diverse range of clients in the development sector, financial services, insurance, and utilities. Her core strengths are in organizational development, where she has played a pivotal role in designing and facilitating strategic planning processes, team retreats, and change management initiatives.
