Prior leadership included People & Organisational Development, where she re-engineered performance management systems, implemented talent initiatives and delivered capacity-building programmes aligned to business strategy. Sector exposure includes financial services, telecommunications, aviation, retail (including travel retail), construction and the public service.
Kelly collaborates comfortably with stakeholders from regulators and Boards to senior leaders and frontline teams, bringing a steady, outcomes-focused approach that blends analysis, facilitation and delivery discipline. She has supported culture articulation and change for digital transformation initiatives and contributed to multi-country engagements across the Caribbean.
She holds an Executive MBA with a specialisation in Digital Transformation from POLIMI Graduate School of Management (Politecnico di Milano, Italy), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business (University of the West Indies, Trinidad & Tobago) and a BBA from the University of New Brunswick (New Brunswick, Canada).
