Shadale Brathwaite

Business Analyst

Shadale is a data science and human resources professional with over six years of experience delivering high-impact research, analysis, and system development across public and private sectors. As a Business Analyst at LCI, she leads data-driven research for strategic assignments, exploring international and regional trends, conducting scenario planning, and building models to guide client decision-making. Shadale has extensive technical experience with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, Power BI, Python, SQL, and R, and has supported clients in integrating and adopting these technologies for improved insight and performance.

Before joining LCI, Shadale gained valuable experience in both the public and private sectors, where she performed back-end data analysis for national digital platforms and contributed to the development of recommendation engines. She also built a strong foundation in human resource operations, supporting organisational change initiatives, employee relations, and restructuring processes as part of broader people and business strategies.

Shadale holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from the University of East London, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire, and a BSc in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of the Southern Caribbean. Her professional certifications include Certified Cybersecurity Professional (ISC2), Certified Data Management Professional (DAMA), and a Professional Certificate in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University. She is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago (HRMATT) and is fluent in English and conversational French.
