Adept at using tools like SQL, Excel, R, and Power BI, Stephan is passionate about data-driven decision-making and continually seeks innovative solutions to complex business challenges. He is also skilled at creating clear, actionable reports and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure that solutions are understood and effectively implemented.

Before joining LCI, Stephan was responsible for research and data analysis at his country’s child protection agency for three years. During his tenure there, he gained extensive knowledge in conducting research, report and technical writing, and leveraging data to inform decision-making.
